Cancellations and Refunds

Our sex doll products that are available to purchase on our website are custom-made individually for each customer. Given their personalized nature, the following policies apply to all sales:

  • Custom-Made Products: Once an order is placed, it enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled. Each sex doll is tailored specifically for the buyer.
  • Cancellation Policy: In exceptional cases where a cancellation is approved, a restocking fee of 25% of the product's value will be charged. Anylovedoll will then refund the remaining amount to the original payment method used by the buyer, after deducting the restocking fee and any applicable processing or transaction fees.
  • Final Sale: Once a product is shipped, the sale is considered final. It cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.

Returns:

Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our products, exchanges or returns are not allowed. This policy is standard within the sex doll industry.

Warranty & Damages:

  • Quality Assurance: Every product is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it is free from damage or defects.
  • Reporting Issues: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@anylovedoll.com with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Please attach photos or videos as additional proof.
  • Resolution Process: Allow us 7 business days to review the issue and propose a resolution that satisfies you.
  • Shipping Damages: If the product is damaged during shipping and the packaging shows visible signs of mishandling, immediately file a complaint with the shipping carrier and notify us. We recommend taking photos of the package if you notice any potential damage.
  • Warranty Claims: Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. We will replace any incorrectly sent or defective items at no additional charge.
  • Exclusions: Damage resulting from improper use of the product is not covered under our warranty.
